Available Cane Corso Puppies – Raised in Our Home in Kansas City MO
Our Breeding Philosophy
We are a small, family-based preservation program. We raise one to two litters per year in our home, not a commercial kennel.
The Cane Corso is an ancient Italian Molossoid—a guardian breed that is intelligent, deeply bonded to its family, and naturally discerning with strangers. They are not for everyone. They require structure, clear boundaries, and an owner who understands that a 100-pound guardian needs a job to do.
What we breed for: Sound hips and elbows, correct temperament, and the classic Cane Corso presence—heavy bone, broad chest, and a steady, confident demeanor. We do not breed for color trends. We breed for the dogs that can do the work the breed was created for.

Our Health Testing Standards (OFA, PennHIP, & DNA)
Fluffy Bear Cubs operates strictly as an ethical breed preservation and family alignment own. We do not participate in retail pet commerce, instant digital store baskets, or unvetted point-of-sale distributions of live animals.
To maintain the absolute integrity and long-term security of our lines, all foundational sires and dams complete rigorous orthopedic screenings through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) and comprehensive DNA panel testing. Certified lineage papers and health certificates are provided transparently during our mandatory Virtual Meet & Greet sessions.

“As a family with young children, welcoming a powerful breed like the Cane Corso required absolute trust in the breeder’s nerve baselines. Our solid black puppy has integrated seamlessly into our busy schedule. His calm, clear-headed nature around the kids is a direct result of the intensive daily handling and neurological stimulation protocols used in their Missourri home program.”

FAQ’s
Frequently Asked Questions | Preservation Program Guidelines
What is the fixed preservation cost recovery fee for a companion placement?
At Fluffy Bear Cubs, we explicitly distance our program from retail e-commerce point-of-sale commerce. The uniform preservation cost recovery fee for our available Cane Corso puppies for adoption is structurally fixed at $850 USD across all litter profiles. This baseline allocation directly funds parental orthopedic screenings (OFA/PennHIP), professional DNA health panel sequencing, initial veterinary immunizations, microchip activation parameters, and our multi-week early neurological stimulation (ENS) protocols. We maintain absolute pricing transparency to ensure the long-term security and biological vetting of our bloodlines.
How are the parental hip scores and genetic bloodlines verified?
All our foundation sire and dam undergoes rigorous diagnostic testing to honor strict breed longevity metrics. We completely eliminate inherent hereditary vulnerabilities by conducting exhaustive skeletal checks through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) and PennHIP, alongside full Embark canine DNA panels. Certified genetic registry sheets, parental evaluation histories, and veterinary health records are completely disclosed to approved handlers during our mandatory virtual consultation sessions before final companion matching.
Are these preservation bloodlines safe for multi-generational families with children?
Yes, provided that structural house boundaries and consistent handler routines are maintained. The Italian Cane Corso is an intensely loyal, naturally protective guardian breed possessing deep intuitive intelligence. Our home-centered program prioritizes mental stability and balanced nerve baselines above all else. Because our Cane Corso puppies for adoption complete progressive multi-surface tactical handling and household acoustic exposure protocols from day one, they develop a calm, clear-headed ability to distinguish normal residential dynamics from actual defensive threats.
Can applicants select an available companion puppy based solely on coat color or eye hue?
No. We strictly restrict impulse transactions and cosmetic selections. To ensure permanent household safety and successful integration, we utilize analytical behavioral evaluations and temperament profiling metrics at the 7-week developmental milestone. We then align the individual puppy’s natural energy dynamics and nerve threshold with the explicit lifestyle habits, property fencing limits, and actual large-breed experience levels documented on our applicants’ 15-question intake forms.
What happens if a major life transition limits my capacity to provide care?
Our dedication to our handler network continues for the entire biological life of the companion animal. If a sudden life modification, residential shift, or unforeseen emergency limits your operational capacity to maintain proper care, you are contractually required to return the animal directly to our Kansas City home. We assume permanent responsibility for the welfare of our bloodlines; under no circumstances may an animal from our program be abandoned or surrendered to a public shelter system.
