How Our Cane Corso Adoption Process Works
We are committed to finding the right home for every puppy we raise. Our process is designed to ensure a perfect match for both you and the dog. We do not sell puppies—we place them.
How it works
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
The first step is to fill out our brief Contact Form. This gives us some basic information about you and your interest in the breed.
Step 2: Application & Conversation
If we have a puppy that might be a good fit, we will ask you to complete our Adoption Application. This helps us understand your lifestyle, experience with large breeds, and what you are looking for in a Cane Corso. We will also schedule a phone or video call to get to know you better.
Step 3: Meet the Puppy & Parents
We will arrange a virtual meet-and-greet via video call. This is your opportunity to see the puppy in our home, meet the parents, and ask any questions you have.
Step 4: Health Records Review
We will provide you with the complete health records for the puppy’s parents, including OFA tracking numbers and DNA panel results. We encourage you to review them and ask us anything.
Step 5: Placement & Fee
Once we are confident it’s a great match, we will finalize the placement. A uniform $850 preservation cost recovery fee applies. This fee covers the health testing, veterinary care, vaccinations, and microchip for your puppy. We do not negotiate this fee.

Our Principles on Cane Corso Adoption Placements
Our placement methodology relies entirely on rigorous behavioral and temperament profiling matching rather than impulsive e-commerce storefront shopping carts or point-of-sale checkout grids. By maintaining clear rules for a legitimate Cane Corso adoption, we ensure every household is fully equipped for the specialized training, early socialization, and massive physical growth of this majestic Italian Mastiff breed.
Following these rigorous Cane Corso adoption parameters allows us to provide a written health guarantee, full veterinary clearance, and permanent breeder consultation for our handler network. If a major life transition alters your operational capability to maintain care, the companion can be safely returned directly to our Kansas City home at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What does the uniform $850 recovery fee fund?
A: The $850 allocation directly funds parental orthopedic screenings (OFA/PennHIP), professional DNA sequencing, initial veterinary immunizations, microchip registrations, and our multi-week early neurological stimulation protocols.
Q: Do you accommodate specialized transportation delivery?
A: Yes. We offer hand-delivery via licensed cabin nanny transportation to approved homes only, ensuring the complete safety and comfort of your puppy during transit. Additional nanny flight costs apply based on distance parameters.
