By accessing, browsing, or interacting with the website located at https://fluffybearcubs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site.

2. Program Scope & Non-Commercial Framework

Fluffy Bear Cubs operates strictly as a small-scale Cane Corso breed preservation and placement program based in Kansas City, Missouri. We explicitly distance our operations from automated digital e-commerce, point-of-sale storefront distributions, or instant checkout processing. All companion placements require screening via our adoption application.

3. Screening and Application Process

Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee placement of a Cane Corso puppy. We reserve the right to deny placements, restrict application visibility, or cancel inquiries based on household compatibility, handler experience, and behavioral evaluation results.

4. Adoption Fees

A uniform preservation cost recovery fee of $850 USD applies to all placements. This fee is clearly disclosed before any commitment is made. There are no hidden charges.

5. Administrative Accountability

All digital asset operations, transaction tracking, and legal compliance workflows are managed under the administrative management of Volha Kuzmina.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made.
